Dwight Moss - Christian Education Pastor

Dwight Moss serves Decatur Baptist Church as Christian Education Pastor. Dwight has been involved in Christian Education since 1988 serving churches in Kentucky, Washington, and Alabama. He holds a B.S. in Christian Education from Mid-Continent University and multiple advanced degrees from the “School of Hard Knocks.”
One of Dwight’s passions is for equipping leaders especially in the area of Sunday School. He not only leads the education ministry at Decatur Baptist but regularly leads training events for LifeWay, the Alabama State Sunday School Department, other state conventions, as well as individual churches. Dwight and his wife, Zannie, have served with the Mission Service Corps of the North American Mission Board in church planting. They have three grown children and three beautiful granddaughters.
