Larry and Cheryl Waye joined the DBC pastoral staff in 2005 from Rochester, NY where Larry ministered for 23 years at the First Bible Baptist Church.
After 5 1/2 years as Pastor of Adult Ministries here at DBC, Larry followed the Lord's leading to begin a business incubator serving Decatur and Morgan County. He continues to serve DBC as the Pastoral Liaison to our community, providing insight to ministry opportunities and challenging believers to realize their partnership with the Lord in His business of reaching souls.
Larry is involved in our orchestra, in teaching various classes and strongly believes in the importance of biblical discipleship. He enjoys the outdoors especially cycling and golfing with his wife.
